How do I know the inspector really went there?
Every photo and video records the time and GPS location. The report shows how far from your property each photo was taken, and a manager checks this before you see anything.
Who are the inspectors?
Local people we have vetted and trained. They work from our checklist and never handle cash from you or your caretaker.
How long does a report take?
Usually within a week of the visit window you choose. We tell you the expected date when you book, and you can follow every step in the app.
Do I need to be in Kenya or call anyone?
