Ce que nous avons constaté

The house is secure and standing well. Gates, doors and locks all work, and we found no cracks in the walls. The water tank on the roof is leaking slowly and water is running down the back wall. There is an old damp stain on the kitchen ceiling, but it was dry on the day of our visit. One bedroom window does not close fully. The grass needs cutting.

  2. Repair the bedroom window catch.
  3. Ask the caretaker to cut the grass and clear the drain by the back door.
  4. We will check the kitchen ceiling again on the next visit.
